Bone Fortify
(Also known as Bone Complex)
Calcium and Vitamin D Supplement*
•
Bone Fortify is a mineral and vitamin-rich dietary supplement that provides ingredients designed to support bone and joint health.
Bone Fortify is a purple, water-soluble, crystalline powder drink mix. Each serving of Bone Fortify consists of calcium, vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol, vitamin C, and magnesium, zinc, and manganese, all of which are important for bone support.
Bone Fortify contains two essential vitamins that help to support bone health: vitamin D and vitamin C. Many people know that calcium is an important element that helps to build bones. However, vitamin D is just as important for bone health, yet many people are deficient in vitamin D. Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) is a fat-soluble vitamin that helps the body to absorb calcium and regulate calcium levels in the blood. Without it, the body has a harder time using calcium to build bones. Vitamin C is one of the co-factors essential for healthy collagen formation, the most abundant protein in bones. Some studies have associated increased vitamin C levels with higher bone density.
In addition to these important vitamins, Bone Fortify contains minerals that are known to play a role in healthy bone structure. Minerals such as calcium and magnesium constitute the majority of bone tissue. Calcium is an important component for bone strength and structure. Magnesium contributes to bone mineral density. Another element, zinc, is involved in collagen production as well, supporting bone health in the process.
Mix one scoop or one sachet with 8 to 10 (240-300 mL) ounces of liquid (water or juice) daily for optimum bone support.
Bone Fortify is well-tolerated. Some gastrointestinal discomfort may be experienced as with any dietary supplement.
Available in multi-serve canister or single-serve sachet.
